SIF-ASEAN Fellowship 1999's Reunion

I was a Singapore Fellow in the SIF-ASEAN Fellowship programme at the National University of Singapore.  It was an amazing programme that gathered the brightest minds and biggest hearts of the ASEAN countries—soft diplomacy at play. Last weekend, about a third of the 1999 batch gathered in Singapore for the long-awaited reunion organized by us, Singapore Fellows. Sadly, two Fellows (from Singapore and the Philippines) had passed away. Let’s hope that it won’t take another 25 years to meet again. Majulah ASEAN!
